Conveyancing Support Role – Uxbridge
Location: Uxbridge (Office-based, Full-time)
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (DOE)
Position: Permanent, Full-time
Are you an experienced Conveyancing Assistant, Paralegal, or Legal Secretary with solid residential conveyancing experience? Our client, a well-established regional law firm, is expanding its property team in Uxbridge and is looking for a dedicated professional to support their busy conveyancing department.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting fee earners with a full range of residential conveyancing matters. You will be involved in day-to-day file management, client communication, and the preparation of essential legal documentation.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
1. Providing support throughout the conveyancing process from instruction to post-completion
2. Preparing and drafting contracts, conducting searches, and managing enquiries
3. Handling client updates and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
4. Assisting with exchange and completion arrangements
5. Managing Land Registry applications and post-completion paperwork
6. Ensuring all case files and records are maintained to a high standard
What We’re Looking For:
7. Prior experience in residential conveyancing is essential – whether as an assistant, paralegal, or secretary
8. Strong working knowledge of the conveyancing process and legal procedures
9. Confident communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, solicitors, and third parties
10. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
11. Able to prioritise and handle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
