Job title: Legal Counsel – Global Commercial
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri (onsite)

Job summary: As Legal Counsel, you will support global commercial activities, advise on projects to enable sales and marketing, ensure legal compliance, and manage risks. You will collaborate closely with legal and commercial teams worldwide.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with global sales and marketing teams, providing legal advice and support.
* Review, draft, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with policies.
* Support strategic business initiatives, including projects, transactions, ESG, product lifecycle, marketing, and branding, ensuring adherence to laws and policies.
* Lead legal support for global marketing, including review and approval of marketing claims and promotional materials.
* Coordinate global legal projects and develop best practices and templates.
* Support risk management and compliance activities.
* Collaborate with legal teams across CooperVision and The Cooper Companies, Inc., to promote best practices and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
Fully qualified UK commercial lawyer with at least 2 years PQE, experience in a large law firm or in-house, with broad commercial experience, especially with marketing and sales teams, ideally in an international matrix organization. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential. Flexibility with time zones is required.
