What You’ll Do:
* Be the go-to resource for all HR queries—providing insightful advice on policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Champion employee engagement initiatives that spark motivation and enhance team spirit.
* Oversee the recruitment process from crafting compelling job descriptions to onboarding new team members.
* Play a key role in employee performance management, helping to identify development needs and coaching employees to reach their full potential.
* Collaborate with management on HR projects that drive improvements and ensure alignment with our business goals.
* Utilize your knowledge of employment law to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Requirements
* A background in HR with demonstrable experience in an HR Advisor role.
* Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and employment law.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust across all levels of the organization.
* Excellent communication capabilities, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A proactive approach to resolving issues and a knack for problem-solving.
* Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care.
