What You’ll Be Doing
* Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
* Support people to participate in appropriate leisure activities and activities of daily living, normalising life as much as possible with joy and happiness
* Providing personal care with empathy and sensitivity
* Receive tailored dementia training to enhance your skills and the lives of those you will support
* Collaborating with a passionate, multidisciplinary team
Qualifications and Experience
* NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care: £13.81 per hour
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care: £14.64 per hour
* At least 6 months’ experience in a Dementia care setting
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care preferred
