What you'll do day to day
* Drive sales success by administering the process from vehicle sourcing to delivery.
* Support our sales teams by efficiently processing vehicles through every stage of the Group 1 sales journey.
* Ensure accuracy by meticulously creating and maintaining detailed vehicle records.
* Contribute to financial success through timely and accurate invoicing.
* Streamline operations by adhering to established processes and implementing improvements.
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to internal and external enquiries.
* Build strong relationships with our retail centre teams to foster collaboration.
Helpful skills and qualifications
* A strong foundation in administrative tasks.
* Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
* Strong IT skills and ability to input and process data.
* Excellent communication skills to build rapport and share information clearly.
* The ability to thrive under pressure and embrace new challenges.
* A collaborative spirit and a passion for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
* An exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.

* Previous motor industry experience is a plus but not essential.
