Protocol Education is seeking caring individuals to join their team and support students with challenging behaviours. This role offers opportunities to work on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. Patience and understanding are essential when working with students who have experienced difficult childhoods and display challenging behaviours.
Responsibilities
1. Work closely with staff and existing behaviour plans to track and improve student behaviour.
2. Reinforce positivity through creative methods.
3. Build supportive relationships with pupils to act as a mentor and role model.
4. Contribute to improving overall attainment.
Requirements
* Previous experience working with children is essential.
* Patience, kindness, and fairness are key characteristics.

Pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary role, with potential for permanence later.
