We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join primary schools across Blackburn. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and supporting their personal and academic growth.
Requirements:
Experience working with children in an educational or care setting
Background in supporting SEN/SEMH and managing challenging behaviour (preferred)
Relevant qualification in education/childcare (highly desirable)
Ability to work across EYFS - Year 6
