Main Responsibilities
Lead the store team to deliver strong sales performance and an excellent customer experience
Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development to store staff
Manage staffing schedules, costs, and store compliance to ensure efficient operations
Oversee inventory accuracy, stock levels, and loss prevention measures
Collaborate with wider teams to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Ensure store visuals and merchandising reflect current priorities and seasonal focuses
Collect and utilise customer data in line with regulations to inform in-store strategies
Support a positive store culture and contribute to brand-led community engagement initiatives
Requirements
~5 years’ experience in a senior retail role
~ Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
