Pay rate: £12.30 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday 6:00-15:00pm
What your working day will look like:
- Be the first point of contact for customer queries and issues
- Monitor and manage inbound/outbound call logs
Resolve or escalate customer complaints efficiently
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative measures
Support internal claims processes and KPI tracking
- Promote on brand strategy.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver outstanding service
What you need to have:
- Background in customer service, distribution, warehousing, or transport
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Problem-solving mindset and results-driven
