We are looking for a superstar Senior National Account Manager to manage one of our top priority accounts in Europe! You will be part of the UK Sales team and report to the Head of Grocery based in Frimley.
Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with customer contacts and internal teams, leading cross-functionally to achieve sales goals.
* Define and execute customer strategies, develop and implement annual sales and in-store plans, and manage trade terms and promotional activities.
* Accurately forecast sales and monitor performance, ensuring timely reporting and account management basics are met.
* Collaborate with the team to foster a positive culture aligned with company values.
* Mentor and share best practices with team members to drive success.
Experience you'll bring:
* Solid account management experience in FMCG sales, especially with a top 4 grocer.
* Innovative, proactive, and data-driven in planning and executing strategies.
* Strong relationship-building, influencing, negotiation, and organizational skills.
* Passionate about making a positive impact and driving growth.
