We are recruiting a Head Chef for a well-known, food-focused country house hotel in Hampshire. This is a flagship operation within a respected hospitality group and a rare opportunity to lead a large, passionate brigade in a consistently busy environment.
The kitchen serves seasonal British food at volume, with menus changing daily and a strong farm-to-fork ethos supported by an on-site kitchen garden and local suppliers. The role oversees multiple food offerings, including a high-volume restaurant and seasonal outdoor operation.

The Role:
Lead and develop a brigade of 20+ chefs
Deliver simple, seasonal British menus at a high standard
Maintain strong control of food costs, GP and compliance
Play an active role in chef development and apprenticeships

Strong leader with a hands-on approach
