What you will do: Act as the key Social Worker on cases involving looked after children to ensure the best possible outcomes. Assess, review, and plan with young people, families, and carers to develop care strategies tailored to individual needs. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support. Handle safeguarding concerns effectively while complying with regulatory frameworks and legal standards. Maintain accurate and efficient documentation and reports to support decision-making and strategies. Requirements: A degree or equivalent in social work. Current Social Care Wales registration.
