Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives
* Monitor and adjust sales processes
* Generate sales forecasts and activity reports
* Set and manage performance goals for consultants
* Analyze market trends
* Conduct sales presentations and negotiations
* Coordinate sales activities with other functions
* Manage departmental expenses
* Provide sales reports and identify growth opportunities
* Define key performance indicators
* Stay updated on technology for sales enhancement
* Supervise daily sales operations
* Conduct regular team meetings
* Oversee HR functions
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the exhibition industry.
* A commercial mindset.
* The ability to read and analyse ‘numbers’ to spot potential problems as well as spot opportunities and push for growth.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proficient in MS Office and general CRM software.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills.
