Salary: £27,000 - 27,500 per year Requirements: A strong technical background in IT hardware and software, ideally gained from an IT repair or tech support role. Responsibilities: Taking calls from customers and conducting remote technical vetting as well as fault rectification on IT equipment. Identifying and ordering parts required for the field service engineering team when a remote fix is not possible.
