Duties of the Sales Executive:
11. Greet customers warmly and build rapport to identify their vehicle needs and preferences
12. Present and demonstrate vehicles effectively, highlighting features and benefits
13. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed targets
14. Provide outstanding after-sales service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
15. Maintain in-depth knowledge of current stock and market trends
16. Assist in achieving the dealership’s sales objectives and contribute to team success
Requirements of the Sales Executive:
17. Valid UK driving licence
18. Previous experience in car sales or a similar customer-facing position
19. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
20. Confident and professional demeanour
21. Genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry
22. Willingness to learn and adapt within a fast-moving environment
