Were looking for a creative and detail-driven Bid Writer to join our client Contracts team in Basildon. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full bid process from opportunity identification to submission Write, edit, and proofread engaging and persuasive bid content Work closely with Operations and Commercial teams to gather project information Ensure all submissions are accurate, compliant, and visually on-brand Research client requirements and scoring criteria to enhance bid quality and consistency Support the creation of marketing and client-facing materials when required Meet tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards About You: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong eye for detail Minimum three years experience in bid writing and coordination within construction Strong organisational and time management skills, able to manage multiple bids simultaneously Creative, proactive, and collaborative, with a commitment to producing high-quality work
