Daily Responsibilities
Self-generating new leads, appointments, and referrals through daily business activities. Attending and closing your own sales appointments. Generating and attending meetings with potential introducers and referral partners. Achieving quarterly sales targets. Building, managing, and maintaining your sales pipeline accurately. 4+ years of experience selling solutions in a B2B environment (industry experience not required). Confident in value-based and consultative selling. Ability to sell to diverse audiences including Business Owners, Board Members, and HR Managers. Experience in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of weekly meetings.
