General Manager : Indoor entertainment venue
Salary: A GBP 40,000 +
Location: Watford

Role
* Drive the recruitment, training and development of staff
* Delivery of exceptional customer service at all times with customers and staff
* Always Providing exceptional customer service to customers
* Manage the development and implementation of marketing plans,
* Drive planned and speculative outreach activities
* Development of the corporate business portfolio
* Responsible for the overall operational running of the site
* Drive secondaries spend on F+B and retail
* Fully financial accountability
About You
* At least 3 years management experience ideally within the Leisure Industry
* The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Enthusiastic and proactive
* Team player with leadership qualities
* The ability to lead, manage and motivate a team and drive results is also essential.
* A goal:focused approach with great communication and customer service skills.
* IT skills
* Ability to work under pressure
