We are seeking an experienced Primary Tutor based in Thame to join our supportive team, providing high-quality, personalised tuition to primary-aged pupils. About the Role As a Primary Tutor, you will: Work 1:1 or with small groups of primary-aged children. Assess, plan, and deliver tailored schemes of work to meet individual learning needs. Support pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, EBSA, and SEMH. Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. Requirements QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or minimum 3 years’ tutoring experience with primary-aged children. Experience supporting children with diverse needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, EBSA, SEMH). Strong assessment and planning skills. Ability to adapt teaching style to suit individual learning profiles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
