Instead of each organisation running these services separately, we deliver them together in one place, making them more efficient and cost effective. Our teams help thousands of staff get what they need to do their jobs every day, and we handle billions of pounds each year to pay employees and suppliers. We do this with accuracy, efficiency and put great customer service at the heart of everything we do.
The Role:
We are recruiting customer service and administration roles to deliver services in Customer Support, Transactional Finance, Transactional HR, Payroll, Pensions and Recruitment. You can find out more about our Partnership, workplace and team here: .
If you have experience working in customer services or administration, we can give you the training and support you will need.
What you’ll do:
1. Manage customer enquiries efficiently through webchat, email and telephone.
2. Process and update enquiries within our systems and databases accurately, ensuring full compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and data protection requirements.
3. Collaborate effectively as a valued member of the team.
4. Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.
What we’re looking for:
You will play a key part in delivering an excellent customer experience by responding to enquiries with professionalism, care and accuracy. We’re looking for a confident and effective communicator with strong attention to detail, who can handle customer queries across a range of communication channels while meeting required timeframes.
You’ll work collaboratively as part of a supportive team, contributing positively to shared goals and supporting colleagues where needed. You will champion and promote our Shared Service self‑service model, encouraging customers to make the best use of our digital tools and resources.
Why join us?
We offer a rewarding career with excellent development opportunities, including Institute of Customer Service qualifications, apprenticeships and a comprehensive induction programme. You will be supported to develop a broad range of skills, with opportunities to specialise.
The team currently works to a hybrid model, with a mixture of working from home and working in the office. There is a minimum requirement to be office‑based one day per week, and you will need to attend in‑person meetings in Winchester when required.
Our includes details of the holiday entitlement, pension scheme, family friendly policies and interest free travel loans and discounts. We offer a flexible, motivating and inclusive workplace.
