A Typical Day - Supervise planning and compliance of HCP/HCO engagements to maintain ethical standards. - Manage CRM systems ensuring data integrity and user adoption. - Analyze sales metrics to enhance targeting and resource allocation. - Drive continuous improvement projects to streamline processes. - Conduct market research to support strategic planning and business decisions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on commercial strategies. Proficiency in CRM systems like Veeva and data analytics tools is required. A strong understanding of the ABPI code of conduct and general compliance culture in the UK and Ireland is essential.
