This role would suit a hands-on General Manager from a fast-paced, guest-led restaurant environment, ideally with experience in a branded casual dining, premium casual dining, or high-volume restaurant setting. We are particularly interested in candidates who have led structured restaurant operations with strong front of house and back of house alignment, clear service standards, and a consistent focus on guest experience. Experience from brands such as Nando’s, Wagamama, The Ivy Collection, Loungers, or similar restaurant-led environments would be highly relevant. While we are open to hospitality leaders from a range of backgrounds, the closest match for this role will be someone whose recent experience has been centred around restaurant operations rather than a wet-led or traditional pub management setting.
