We are a growing ethical domestic helper agency in Singapore looking for a Recruiter / Candidate Sourcing Specialist to source, screen, and shortlist FDW candidates for employer interviews.
Responsibilities
* Source transfer and overseas domestic helpers
* Conduct first-round screening interviews
* Assess childcare, elderly care, cooking, and communication skills
* Shortlist suitable candidates for employer interviews
* Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups
* Maintain candidate pipeline and update records
* Work closely with overseas partners and local transfer networks
Requirements
* Experience in recruitment, staffing, or maid agency operations preferred
* Strong communication and interviewing skills
* Organized, fast follow-up, and able to work independently
* Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic admin tools
* FDW / maid agency experience is a plus
* Must have CEI (includes EFMA+MDW modules) certification
