We're looking for passionate QA Engineers, to join a leading video solutions company where you'll work across a range of projects and play a key part in the delivery of production-ready solutions for their clients across the media and broadcast sector.
As a QA Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring their products meet the highest standards.
Your role will include:
* Designing, executing, and improving test cases across the full software development lifecycle.
* A mix of both manual and automated web testing.
* Evaluating requirements, functionality, and user stories to ensure complete coverage.
* Reporting and documenting defects clearly using Jira.
* Collaborating closely with internal teams and occasionally external partners.
* Troubleshooting issues and proactively improving testing processes.
Your experience:
* 2.5+ years of experience in software QA testing.
* Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger) and exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar).
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
* Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* A proactive, collaborative, and organised approach.
Bonus points for:
* Knowledge of video streaming technologies (encoding, CDNs, adaptive streaming, cloud platforms).
* Experience testing across multiple platforms (web, mobile, Smart TVs, consoles).
* Familiarity with Jira and debugging tools such as Charles Proxy.
Note: This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days per week from their Central London office.
