Our client are currently seeking a Planogrammer to join their dynamic team within the Retail Design / Point of Sale (POS) / Point of Purchase (POP) industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual eager to build on their experience in retail and POS design environments.
About the Role
This role is fundamental to delivering high-quality service levels and revenue growth for the company. Over the past 24 months, the organisation has experienced significant expansion and now seeks additional support to further develop within their sector and related areas. The successful candidate will contribute to creating planogram layouts for on-shelf solutions, taking briefs from various stakeholders and converting these into precise visual displays.
Key Responsibilities
* Interpret and develop planogram layouts based on provided briefs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
* Model and integrate diverse product types, maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
* Provide constructive feedback to the team and collaborate across departments including Planning, Workshop, Prototype, and Pre-Production.
* Manage multiple tasks efficiently, working to tight deadlines and reporting risks proactively.
* Maintain professional conduct at all times, fostering a respectful and honest working environment.
* Engage in training and development initiatives to enhance personal skillsets and professional growth.
* Participate in client and internal meetings to clarify requirements and present ideas effectively.
Candidate Profile
* Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Sharp eye for detail with a drive for excellence and precision.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
* Proficient IT skills, particularly MS Office, with a sound knowledge of SolidWorks.
* Numerate with a methodical approach to record keeping and reporting.
* Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Experience or familiarity with the Retail Design / POS industry is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
