About The Role
At the Bamford Wellness Spa, we believe in exceptional hospitality. We are looking for a warm, welcoming, and professional
Café Assistant
and Host to join our team at our beautiful Cotswolds location at the Daylesford Farm.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll set the tone for a truly memorable experience, greeting visitors with genuine warmth, making them feel at ease, and ensuring every detail of their visit is seamless. You'll also play an important role in our café team, serving nourishing, organic dishes and helping to create a calm, restorative environment for all.
This role is
part time
, based on
32 hours per week
including weekends.
Salary £12.60 per hour

Responsibilities
* Assisting customers with all requirements by offering suggestions and demonstrating great product knowledge at all times
* Providing excellent service to each guest who visits the Spa and Cafe, ensuring that all guest needs are exceeded at all times.
* Monitor the open dining section of the cafe, estimating waiting times for guests and ensuring that their needs are met while they are waiting.
* Ensure you are up to date with menu offering and produce and love food
* Your natural confidence will enable you to understand calm and clear instruction during busy periods.
* Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
* Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.
* Inspire and empower our customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a lasting positive impact on the world
Skills You Will Bring
* Experience of working in a café or restaurant would be an advantage.
* An interest in healthy food or an understanding of organic produce would be a benefit but not essential.
* Natural multi-tasker with a can-do, flexible attitude & positive energy.
* Excellent communication skills are key in this role.
* A natural team player.
* Your professionalism and attitude will reflect the brand.
* Proficiency in English.
* Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
* Flexibility and able to work weekends
