The Role: High-Impact, Client-Focused Work As a Solicitor within the Major Trauma Services team, you will play a key role in supporting clients and their families through some of the most challenging periods of their lives. Key responsibilities include: Managing your own caseload of personal injury and trauma-related claims Supporting Partners and Senior Associates on complex, high-value cases Building strong, empathetic relationships with clients and their families Advising on rehabilitation, liability, and compensation strategies Liaising with medical professionals, trauma centres, and external experts Delivering a highly attentive and client-focused service Supporting the development and mentoring of junior team members Team & Working Environment You will join a market-leading, specialist Major Trauma team that works closely with healthcare providers to deliver early-stage legal and rehabilitation support.
