As part of our 30-year remit to manage and improve the capital’s orbital motorway network, we deliver major improvement projects, such as widening 38 miles of the M25, refurbishing tunnels and bridges, and installing hundreds of variable messaging signs and gantries, helping to maximise the use of the network and deliver more reliable journeys. We also manage the Dartford River crossing and operate and maintain 440 kilometres of motorway, providing our customers and road users with a world-class highway service.

Leatherhead, South Mimms, or Dartford offices with site visits.

Role Purpose:
The Business Policy & Information Analyst supports:
* Development of CPS Business Plan
* Development of CPS policy and procedures, including RACIs and scenario tests
* Development of governance for strategic initiatives
* Development of Business Information requirements and Power BI reports
* Analyzing and developing internal and external business reporting requirements
* Development of internal performance reporting metrics
Accountabilities:
The Business Policy & Information Analyst reports to and works closely with the Head of Business Planning & Performance and the wider Business Planning team to deliver strategic goals for 2024/25 Business Change. Responsibilities include:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to support business improvements aligned with strategic goals.
* Support development of CPS Business Plan, policies, and procedures, outlining requirements and responsibilities.
* Apply CPS Business Change manuals to develop RACIs and lead workshops for scenario tests.
* Analyze business information needs, designing data sets in PowerBI dashboards to enhance internal reporting.
* Streamline internal and external reporting requirements based on new Business Information outputs.
* Develop internal performance metrics to monitor CPS business performance.
* Design and streamline governance meetings with dashboards showing productivity, program, financial, and commercial status, highlighting threats and opportunities.
What you can bring:
* Graduate degree or similar with proven analytical and reporting skills.
* Experience preparing technical reports, policies, processes, or procedures.
* Experience developing business data reports using Power BI or similar tools.
* Understanding of business needs in major infrastructure or operational environments.
* Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
