The role
The main purpose is to provide front-of-house services at the Hitchin office, including managing visitors' diaries, meeting arrangements, switchboard activities, and overseeing stock and ordering systems.
Daily responsibilities include:
* Greeting clients and visitors
* Answering and redirecting phone calls
* Managing meeting room bookings and supporting meetings
* Handling post
* Maintaining up-to-date telephone and email directories
Successful candidates will need:
* Experience in fast-paced roles like retail or customer service
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills with high accuracy
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Strong telecommunications skills
