What You’ll Be Doing As Home Care Assistant: Supporting older adults and those with dementia or learning disabilities in their daily routines Helping with personal care like washing, dressing, and medication Providing companionship, emotional support, and a friendly face Preparing meals, assisting with mobility, and helping access local services Promoting independence and wellbeing through meaningful activities Working closely with families and professionals to provide tailored support What Home Care Assistant Need: A big heart and a positive attitude A full UK driving licence and access to a car Great communication skills and a real passion for helping others Experience is a bonus, but not essential – we provide full training!
