THE ROLE
As Beauty Floor Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an outstanding luxury beauty experience while leading, inspiring, and developing the Beauty team within our flagship store.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
* Deliver a premium, highly personalised service, supported by expert beauty knowledge and product expertise.
* Confidently demonstrate and apply products, offering tailored recommendations to meet individual customer needs.
* Drive individual and team sales performance, taking ownership of KPIs and commercial results.
* Lead, coach, and develop Beauty Ambassadors on the shop floor to achieve their full potential.
* Build strong, long-lasting client relationships and proactively drive customer loyalty.
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver in-store beauty events in partnership with brand partners.
* Maintain exceptional standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
* Uphold impeccable personal grooming standards in line with company guidelines.
* Support stock control, operational processes, and compliance requirements.
* Collaborate closely with the wider store management team to maximise overall store performance.
* Consistently champion FLANNELS’ culture, values, and brand image.

* Experience within luxury beauty or premium retail (make-up artistry experience is desirable but not essential).
* A proven ability to deliver inspirational, personalised customer service.
* Strong commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset.
* Confidence, resilience, and high levels of personal energy.
* Excellent communication skills with a natural coaching and leadership style.
* A proactive approach to continuous learning and self-development.
* Full flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and key trading periods.

* Basic rate salary £35,222 per annum
