We are offering a base salary of £34,881 per annum, with additional overtime available at £21.80 to £25.94. We offer 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. Typical Day
As a Warehouse Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering all MHE training on site, working a variety of shift patterns, and ensuring all equipment controls are in place.
* Deliver all MHE training on site
* Working a variety of shift patterns to meet the demands of delivering training
* Ensure all equipment controls are in place
* Continually review and suggest improvements to operational SOP’s, training out any changes and ensuring full compliance
* Monitor MHE battery care
* Monitor Pre use checks on the system for all MHE
* Complete all paperwork required for training/induction sign off
* Support operational training plans and ensure accurate records are kept and up to date
* Support the investigation of incidents as required
* SSOW/SOP reviews and maintenance
* Ensure any defects to equipment are reported effectively and safety controls are in place and up to date
* Support the effectiveness of fire evacuation and control procedures
* Support all engagement events on site
* Deliver CI annual hours reduction target for your area
* Support CI ideas generation and delivery
* Support operations failure management as required
* Contractor calls out as required
* Racking Inspections
Requirements
To succeed as a Warehouse Trainer, you will need:
* Excellent knowledge of end-to-end training cycle
* Strong leadership skills including motivation and team working
* Ability to influence others to deliver excellent results
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Good knowledge of warehouse management systems
* MHE experience
* RTITB accredited in the UK
* 3 to 4 years at Warehouse operative level with demonstrable experience
* Demonstrable experience of a flexible approach
