Workplace AI Consultant / Senior Consultant, Microsoft Viva Glint & Copilot

A leading global technology consultancy is hiring into its Digital Workplace practice to drive AI-powered employee experience transformation. This role sits at the intersection of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Microsoft Viva suite, with a specific focus on Viva Glint (employee listening and engagement) and Viva Insights.
You will help major enterprise clients design, deploy, and drive adoption of generative AI solutions that supercharge how organisations engage, listen to, and empower their people, delivering measurable improvements in productivity and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead or support the design and deployment of Microsoft Copilot and Viva Glint solutions at enterprise scale.
* Coach clients through persona-driven piloting, change campaigns, and AI adoption programmes.
* Configure employee listening programmes using Viva Glint, including survey design, dashboard setup, and Copilot-enabled comment analysis.
* Define solution requirements and align business and technical stakeholders on executable designs.
* Build and integrate GenAI and Agentic AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Power Platform.
* Define governance and standards for scaling workplace AI across global organisations.
* Contribute to proposals, RFPs, thought leadership, and practice development.
Required Experience
* Previous consulting or advisory experience in digital workplace, employee experience, or HR technology transformation.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
* Understanding of Microsoft Viva, particularly Viva Glint and Viva Insights.
* Experience deploying employee engagement or listening platforms (Viva Glint, Qualtrics, Peakon, or similar).
* Agile delivery experience with relevant certification.
* Ability to present to and influence senior business and technology stakeholders.
* Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC).
* Masters degree or above.
* Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MS-700, AI-900, PL-900, or Copilot-related).
* Experience with Azure AI services, MCP, or Agent-to-Agent protocols.
* Change management certification (Prosci, APMG) or equivalent experience.
* Background in people science, organisational psychology, or HR analytics.
