Hours: Monday–Friday*, 30 hours per week
Responsibilities
Senior Scout responsible for supervising housekeeping scouts, maintaining high cleaning standards and ensuring safe, efficient daily operations. Oversees room preparation, conducts quality checks, organises cover for absences, supports training and ensures correct use of materials and equipment. Manages time‑keeping records, reports issues or defects, maintains tidy storage areas and assists with laundry, linen and consumables. Acts as first point of support for team members, escalating welfare, performance or safety concerns as needed. Provides cover across the team and undertakes additional duties as directed by Housekeeping Managers.
