As a future Asset Management Analyst, you will report to a Sector Lead and be part of AXA IM AXAIM Alts Real Assets.

The Analyst supports the Asset Management team by contributing to the development and implementation of value creation strategies for assets. Responsibilities include:
* Collecting and analyzing relevant data and documentation at the asset level (technical, legal, tax, and commercial data)
* Providing analysis to help define asset strategies and prepare annual business plans
* Maintaining financial models (DCF)
* Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of asset budgets (revenues, OPEX, CapEx), coordinating with property managers or asset operators
* Collecting and analyzing ESG data, understanding its importance and future impact on real estate
* Monitoring external valuations
* Tracking asset KPIs and supporting investor reporting
* Supervising tenancy issues, claims, and potential legal actions with advisors
* Implementing marketing and letting strategies
* Monitoring refurbishment or development programs in coordination with internal/external experts
* Supporting disposals processes (data room, valuation, RFP, etc.)
* Assisting in investment underwriting with acquisitions teams
* Providing analytical and presentation support on strategic and managerial topics
Qualifications

* Degree in business or real estate
* RICS qualified or accredited university course
* Studying for the APC
* Willing to gain experience in real estate sector
* Eager to learn legislations and financial techniques related to real estate investments
