Due to increased demand, we currently have a position available for a passionate and motivated Early Years Practitioner to join our team. As a flexible employer who values their staff team, hours are negotiable and we will always aim to suit your individual needs. We operate between the hours of 7.20am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and dynamic Early Years team, providing services for children aged 6 weeks to 11 years in our purpose built setting, which is situated on an acre of grounds on the outskirts of Boston. Successful candidates should:
* Hold, be working towards, or be willing to work towards, a relevant Early Years qualification
* Have a good understanding of the EYFS, legislation and regulating bodies
* Be enthusiastic, motivated, eager to learn and able to adapt
* Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
* Have ample patience, kindness, empathy and passion
* Be a positive role model
