We re looking for an experienced Talent & Reward Specialist to lead the evolution of our total reward and recognition offeringbringing it firmly into the modern era and aligning it to the dynamic needs of our people and business. We re seeking a proactive and commercially minded professional who can operate at both strategic and operational levels. What You ll Do As a strategic partner and subject matter expert, you will: Lead the creation and implementation of a forward-thinking Total Reward & Recognition Strategy. Design and deliver competitive compensation, benefits, and incentive programs that attract and retain high-performing talent. Provide expert analysis and insights using internal and external benchmarking tools (e.g. Korn Ferry, Hays). Drive strategic talent management processesfrom mid-year/EOY reviews to succession planning and high-potential identification. Manage companywide learning and development initiatives, partnering with HR BPs and external providers. Own key projects that align reward, talent, and learning with business goalsensuring fairness, transparency, and ROI. You will be responsible for: Development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies, policies and programs that align with our organisational goals and allow us to attract top talent where needed. Analysis and reporting of industry standards, competitor practices and internal data to benchmark compensation, benefits and incentive structures to provide recommendations and insights Management of reward programs maintaining existing and proposing new where appropriate Working with HR and business leaders to integrate reward and recognition with performance management processes Managing reward and recognition budgets, ensuring cost effectiveness and ROI Management of the Company Talent process, ensuring timely communications out to the business around expectations of process (i.e. MY, EOY and Succession planning) Preparing and leading quarterly Talent Review meetings with HR BPs and LT Leadership teams - embedding the process that allows robust succession planning and talent management and ensures calibration of scores and performance across our divisions so that we are treating our people fairly. Responsible for the annual collation of Talent data and submission of DCC Talent Pack. Partnering to design and manage a suite of off shelf learning modules aligned to Talent strategy that can be promoted through a training catalogue and delivered through HR BPs. Relationship management of select partners for planned Companywide learning initiatives under the Talent and Skills strategy. You will demonstrate: Experience with RHR HR systems and software relevant to role responsibilities Excellent stakeholder management skills Excellent planning and project management skills Excellent communication skills, written, verbally and visually Experienced in producing reports to a level that is suitable for Board/Exec. Being able to collate data and interpret to provide key insights. Experience of utilising tools such as Hays/Korn Ferry to pull key industry and market insights and providing them to Senior leaders in a way that helps shape and influence the Talent and Learning landscape Experienced in leading talent and learning processes (including succession and hi-po), being able to challenge appropriately in very senior settings to get best outcomes Budget management and tracking Able to make pragmatic suggestions for solutions to meet business need and experienced in holding scoping sessions with stakeholders, getting to the crux of the problem or issue they are trying to solve.
