Driver with own transport is essential. English speaking only. Hours and rate of pay * Monday and Wednesday afternoons; some flexibility will be required to cover emergencies and the other personal assistant's holidays. * £13.72 per hour (open to negotiation). Main Duties * Personal Care – Showering, dressing and changing of stoma bag * Taking the client out into the community – Cinema, library, gym, swimming etc. * Going to any health appointments will be added benefits to us. Personal Assistant Specification * Personal assistant must be honest, trustworthy, and reliable. * My personal assistant must respect my privacy and always maintain my dignity. * My personal assistant must be enthusiastic and flexible with a caring disposition. * You must be able to work well independently and be creative. * My personal assistant should always ask what my needs are and listen to my directions and requests. * Training of changing of stoma bag can be provided if required. * Flexibility of hours are appreciated (potential weekend work). * Hourly rate open to negotiation. * The post is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure which will be funded through your employer.
