The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join the Finance and Enterprise Services’ HR team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Finance Organization. Responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders, leading talent planning initiatives, and driving employee engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business needs, experience in key HR processes, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
This full-time, on-site position is primarily based in Berkeley, MO, with flexibility for talent in Arlington, VA. If you are passionate about HR and enjoy collaborating across teams, this role could be a great fit.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Be a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders in BDS Finance
2. Lead talent planning, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives
3. Drive culture, engagement, and employee experience strategies
4. Help leaders navigate complexity with good judgment and courage
5. Collaborate with the broader Corporate and BDS HR teams for alignment
6. Maintain an “always learning” mindset to evolve with the business
7. Use metrics and data to inform decision-making

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The candidate must work onsite at one of the listed locations.
Basic Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of experience in communicating and implementing HR programs and policies
2. 3+ years in an HR generalist strategic business partner role
3. 3+ years linking HR strategies to business outcomes using business acumen
4. 3+ years interfacing with senior/executive leadership
5. Experience influencing and building relationships with stakeholders
6. Experience executing strategies that promote customer service and employee engagement
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Human Resources certification
2. Experience establishing new organizations or a strong desire to gain this experience
3. Experience with employee benefits and compensation
4. Experience using analytics and data for decision-making
