Your Role as Commis Chef
Work with the freshest seafood, preparing ingredients and cooking alongside experienced chefs
* Learn and develop essential culinary skills, from knife work to plating dishes
* Support your team to keep service running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
