The Role:
This role, based in Colchester, is within our clients Commercial Property Team, specializing in assisting companies purchasing investment properties to rent out.
The Candidate:
* A solid grasp of property law and the conveyancing process.
* Proven experience as a conveyancer.
* Excellent business development skills
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach.
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
* Commitment to providing exceptional client care
