Commercial vetting of orders before entry Creating Order Entry Reports. To support the Commercial Finance Manager in all areas of Order Entry To provide prompt and relevant information to internal customers, such as Service / Sales departments. NSI order management & invoicing Key Tasks & Responsibilities Act as contact for customer and internal queries relating to order entry or status enquiries. Assisting and Processing Sales Orders in an accurate and timely manner. Working with Manufacturing and Sales to resolve Order Entry Queries. Working with Finance and Manufacturing on key data and reporting. Assisting in key project work with regard to improving work practices / streamlining processes and cost reductions. Maintaining and updating various existing spreadsheets.
