The Head of Business is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and strategic direction of Fusco Vehicle Sales. The role oversees all dealership operations including used vehicle sales, aftersales servicing, parts, and warranty functions.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving sales performance and profitability across all departments
Leading and developing departmental managers and staff
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Overseeing service operations, workshop efficiency, and warranty compliance
Managing financial performance, budgets, and manufacturer standards
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and brand requirements
The Head of Business holds full accountability for commercial results, operational excellence, and maintaining the reputation and growth of the business.
