We are working with a modern, purpose-built special needs school that supports children and young people aged 3–19 with a wide range of complex learning, social, emotional and behavioural needs. The school provides a nurturing environment where every pupil is supported to achieve their potential.
The school is seeking educators who can confidently support children with dysregulation, complex needs and challenging behaviours, working full-time Monday to Friday and flexibly across different classes.
The Role
Support pupils with dysregulation, complex needs and challenging behaviours
Work flexibly across classes and age groups depending on need
Help maintain a safe, structured and positive learning environment
Collaborate with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored interventions
About You
Experience supporting children with SEN and/or challenging behaviours
Confident in personal care
Calm, patient and resilient under pressure
Flexible, adaptable and a strong team player
Passionate about helping every child succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
