Claims Administrator
Kennedys is looking for a Claims administrator to join their Commercial Claims Team on a part time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading team, working on a variety of different cases with excellent long term progression opportunities. You will be able to work from home frequently with travel to either the Taunton or Bristol office as and when required.

Our team, based in Taunton, Bristol, London and Ireland handle claims on behalf of major international insurers, brokers, managing general agents and insurer‑led schemes. We deal with thousands of notifications and our claims handlers provide pro‑active, responsive, and cost‑effective claims services, driven by a desire to provide outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing incoming correspondence and documentation related to claims
* Maintaining and updating case management systems and databases
* Liaising with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders
* Assisting with document production, filing, and reporting
* Supporting the wider claims team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks
Required Experience
* Has prior administrative experience, ideally within insurance, legal, or financial services
* Is organised, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities
* Has strong attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills
* Enjoys working as part of a team and building positive working relationships
* Is confident using Microsoft Office and other business systems

This is a part‑time role with hybrid working, allowing a balance between working from home and from our Taunton office. Working days and hours can be discussed to suit the successful candidate.
