We’re hiring Sales Development Representatives to join a high-growth business services company helping SMEs across the UK streamline operations and unlock growth. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role focused on generating new business opportunities and building the foundations of a successful sales career.

Career progression

This role is designed as a gateway into Business Development and Account Management. High performers typically progress within 9–15 months into closing roles (BDM/AE), with opportunities to increase earnings significantly and take on larger, more strategic clients.


Industry focus

You’ll be engaging with SMEs across the UK, introducing IT and technology solutions that support businesses with everything from infrastructure and connectivity to cybersecurity and digital transformation. You’ll work with decision-makers across a range of industries, helping them improve efficiency, reduce risk, and scale through smarter technology.


What you’ll be doing

* Generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and outreach
* Qualifying leads and booking meetings for senior sales team members
* Building rapport with business owners and key decision-makers
* Understanding client needs and positioning relevant solutions
* Managing activity levels and working towards individual targets
