Job Title: Junior AI Engineer
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Junior AI Engineer to help buildintelligent systems that optimize supply chain operations such as demandforecasting, inventory management, and logistics planning. You’ll also supportthe deployment and maintenance of AI models using DevOps and MLOps practices,ensuring reliable and scalable production systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in developing machine learning models for supply chain use cases
* Collect, clean, and preprocess supply chain data (ERP, warehouse, logistics data)
* Support model training, evaluation, and performance tuning
* Help deploy models into production using APIs and pipelines
* Work with DevOps practices to automate model deployment and monitoring
* Collaborate with data engineers and business teams to translate operational needs into AI solutions
* Monitor model performance, data drift, and system reliability
* Document workflows, pipelines, and models
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, preferably with AI and Data science
* Strong Python programming skills
* Basic understanding of machine learning concepts (regression, classification, time series forecasting)
* Familiarity with libraries
* Experience with data processing tools
* Basic knowledge of SQL and working with databases
* Familiarity with version control using Git
DevOps / MLOps Requirements
* Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
* Basic experience with containerization tools like Docker
* Exposure to orchestration tools such as Kubernetes (preferred but not required)
* Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
* Awareness of MLOps tools
Supply Chain Knowledge (Preferred)
* Basic understanding of supply chain processes
* Exposure to forecasting techniques and time-series analysis
* Familiarity with ERP or logistics systems is a plus
Soft Skills
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
* Strong communication skills to work with both technical and business teams
* Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and reliability
