Position: Shift Manager
As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all shift work requirements by orienting, assisting, and coaching employees. You will ensure that all standards are met by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. Your role includes monitoring operations, reallocating resources, and solving operational problems.
You will manage a team within a multi-million-pound restaurant, overseeing 100 or more employees. You will be part of the management team driving the restaurant forward by building sales, increasing profitability, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience managing and leading teams in retail, hospitality, business, or customer-focused environments.
* This role is restaurant-based and involves working flexible shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays.
