Robert Half are currently recruiting a permanent Finance Manager role in Wiltshire. This is a full time position requiring someone with previous experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
* Managing monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
* Overseeing cashflow, payroll, and statutory reporting.
* Supporting strategic decision-making with clear financial analysis.
* Leading and developing the finance team.
Profile:
* AAT qualified, qualified by experience or ACCA/CIMA qualified all considered.
* Intermediate level excel (vlookups and pivot tables).
* 2+ years of leadership experience.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
Package
* £50,000- £60,000.
* 5 days onsite.
