3. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
4. Driving sales performance through implementing effective sales strategies
5. Handle complex customer complaints and issues
6. Provide training and support to team members
7. Work closely with other departments to ensure a consistent customer experience
8. Analyse customer feedback and purchasing trends
9. Drive continuous improvement in the Sales department
10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences

A successful Customer Service and Product Sales Manager should have:
